Udufood

Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 June 2026 · Operated as Udufood

These Terms of Use govern use of the Udufood mobile app for complementary meal listing and claims in Singapore. Sections below cover receivers and restaurant partners.

Receivers

1. Eligibility

Udufood is for Singapore residents who need food assistance. You register with your mobile number - no NRIC, income document, or other verification required.

2. One claim per day

Each receiver can claim one food donation every 24 hours. This is a fairness rule that helps us reach more people across the island. Your daily limit resets at midnight Singapore time.

3. Pickup & etiquette

If you claim food, please collect it within the stated pickup window.

Repeated no-shows may result in a temporary suspension.

4. Food safety

Restaurants and individual donors are responsible for the quality and safety of the food they post. Udufood is a platform - we don't prepare, store, or transport food. If you ever receive food that looks unsafe, refuse it and report it through the app.

5. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, including fraudulent claims, harassment of restaurant staff, or repeated no-shows.

Restaurant partners

1. Eligibility

Restaurant partners must be a registered Singapore business with a valid UEN. We verify your UEN against ACRA's public registry - there's no manual review or waiting period.

2. Posting donations

When you post a donation, you commit to:

Paused or expired donations are removed from receivers' feeds automatically.

3. Food safety

You are fully responsible for the quality and safety of the food you donate. Donations must meet the same hygiene and food-handling standards as your paid menu items. Udufood is a platform - we don't inspect, store, or transport your food.

4. Sponsored donations

Where sponsored or donor-supported listings are available, you may receive a notification with the dish list and donor name (or an anonymous label). Prepare those meals as described in the app — receivers claim them through Udufood. We do not process card payments in the app today.

5. Free to use, no hidden fees

Posting donations is free for restaurant partners — no monthly fee, no per-meal commission. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraudulent posts, repeated no-show food, or food-safety violations.
